On the ground floor of the farmhouse formerly known as “Casa della Gobba” (the House of the Hunchback), once used as a stable (the old “Pacino” barn) is the tasting room and bistro, fitted with a professional kitchen, where we prepare and serve dinners and lunches, hold cooking classes and events. Here, in addition to our wines and other products made here (fruit, vegetables, wild herbs, extra virgin olive oil), you can sample artisan products (meats, cheeses, vegetables, prosciutto, salami etc) from small, local companies, nearly all of them organic or biodynamic.
In the Kitchen with the Winemaker: A unique experience, face to face with the winemaker. Meet at the winery at 10am for a tour of of the vineyard and the cellar. Enjoy a cooking class with our own fresh products or with those from very local organic or biodynamic producers. Eat lunch with the dishes cooked by you, paired with our wines.
