INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE GDPR

The purpose of this information notice, pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), is the processing of personal data with which the Raina winery will enter into the availability for the fulfilment of the obligations that will be requested.

DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR

The data controller and data processor is Francesco Mariani, Via case sparse 42 fraz. Turri, 06036 Montefalco (PG), hereinafter referred to as the data controller, who can be contacted by email at info@vini-raina.it or by regular mail.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The purpose of data processing is the fulfilment of tax obligations and all processes related to the proper execution of the sales contract.
Personal data may be processed by means of both hard copy and computerised archives in the manner strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated above.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR, processing only takes place in the following cases:
– the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for the precise purpose indicated by him or her in the contract;
– Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of measures taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
– Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

RETENTION OF DATA

Personal data, processed for the purposes indicated above, will be retained for the period of the duration of the relationship and, subsequently, for as long as the company is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or regulation.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Personal data may be communicated to
professionals who provide functional services for the purposes indicated above;
banking and insurance institutions that provide functional services for the purposes indicated above;
subjects that process the data in execution of specific legal obligations;
Judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

COOKIE POLICY

No profiling cookies are used in any way on this site.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You have the right to request from the Data Controller, access to your personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing or to object to data processing and data portability. These requests will be followed up to the extent that they do not conflict with the legislation, in accordance with Articles 15-19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
